Am I the only one who's not completely over The Hunger Games? I just watched all four movies twice in one month. Catching Fire twice because it was that good.
I still have so many questions, especially about the arenas: How the hell did they build those damn places?? I don't mean in regards to money. I mean physically how??? What kind of machinery did they use? How the hell did they build miles of elaborate, fake wilderness (and one entire city in ruins)every damn year? Where do they put them? The second Quarter Quell arena had a fucking active volcano!
Anyway, I've been obsessed with the 50th Hunger Games arena for a few weeks now. I'm going to draw that shit when I feel my art skills have improved enough.

That would be so interesting to learn more about. I think they built the arenas mainly in the spaces between the districts, around and outside them and the Capitol...maybe some were even actually within district borders, or quite close...
